Bipasha Basu and Katrina Kaif have joined Mallika Sherawat in Tips’ untitled film, to be directed by Abbas-Mustan. The three hot shots of Bollywood will set the screen on fire, and vie with each other for screen space in their forthcoming film.Mallika, Bipasha and Katrina — will be portrayed as equally stylish and glamorous. The film, which rolls in August, will have three male leads — Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan and Saif Ali Khan. Penned by Shiraaz Ahmed (Humraaz, Aitraaz), it is the story of two brothers, set to outwit each other. Saif plays Fardeen’s older brother, while Kapoor plays a cop. The characters of the three leading ladies play many mind games and each of them has a connection to the three males. Abbas-Mustan and Bipasha go back a long way. Bipasha debuted in films courtesy their film, Ajnabee. They share a very comfortable equation with her. However, they maintain that Bipasha agreed to do the film only when she was convinced she liked the script and her character. Katrina Kaif whose Hindi film career did not begin well, with a flop movie Boom, later made a second innings in boyfriend Salman Khan’s home production Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya. Things have started to look up for the beautiful model turned actress, since then she has played a small but substantial role in Sarrkar, a Ram Gopal Verma film and is to be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in a movie titled Humko Deewana Kar gaye. Bipasha and Katrina are both top model turned actresses. This will also be a make or break film for Mallika Sherawat after her barely there role in the English film, The Myth with Jackie Chan. Mallika’s claim to fame was her seventeen smooches and hot body in her debut film Khwahish. The forthcoming movie too will be a thriller, like all previous Abbas-Mustan movies. A highly anticipated film to check out the on-screen chemistry between the three-bollywood divas.

DNA - After Hrs - Bipasha Basu opts for a short cut! - Daily News & Analysis

Bipasha Basu says she's been wanting to chop her long mane for the longest time. "Even when I was small, my sisters and I used to have these long, thick plaits and I used to long to sport short hair. So when this opportunity came up, I said why not? Of course my designer Rocky S and my stylist Sapna Bhavnani pushed me into it. When she cut my long hair, I was a little scared. But later I liked what I saw. It's kind of cute. I'm bored with the same long straight hair that everybody in Bollywood is sporting."
Sapna Bhavnani of Mad-O-Wot says, "Bipasha is one of the few actors who's ready to keep changing her look all the time. Her role demanded that she sport short hair, but I didn't want her to wear a wig as most people do. Besides, it's the perfect summer cut." Sapna, who has also given a new look to Aishwarya Rai in 'Dhoom 2' says, "While actors are sporting modern looks, actresses are still stuck with that age-old straight 'chapta' look."
Bipasha adds that her directors, her mom and her sister "loved the new look." What about John Abraham? "He hasn't seen it as yet as he's on a world tour. John is the kind who likes long hair on women. He was very apprehensive and kept telling me to check it on the computer, before actually cutting the hair. But even if he doesn't like it, it's okay. He sports long hair, obviously not to please me, but to please himself!"
